Refund and Exchange Policy

PlayersPool eStore wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any
problems whatsoever with items purchased from our store return the item(s) within
30 days of receiving payment to receive exchange or a full refund, minus shipping
and handling, no questions asked.

After 30 days items can only be exchanged for the same or comparably priced merchandise,
provided the original item is returned in working order with normal wear.
